Systemic coaching
Patterns in behavior, communication and decision-making reveal what is going on beneath the surface. Systemic coaching makes these dynamics visible so that movement and change become possible.
Discover what shaped you - and what sets you free
Do you feel like you keep running into the same patterns, without really knowing why? Our choices and behaviors are often unconsciously shaped by the systems we belong to—like our family, workplace, or social networks.
Systemic coaching helps bring these patterns to light and break through them, so you can make clearer, freer choices that truly reflect who you are.

What is systemic coaching?
Systemic coaching focuses on understanding the relationships and dynamics within the systems you’re part of. Many of our beliefs, behaviors, and challenges are rooted in these systems. By exploring them, you gain insights into what’s holding you back—and create space for lasting change.
Why choose systemic coaching?
Systemic coaching can support a wide range of challenges, from personal growth to team or organizational issues. It helps surface the deeper layers behind what’s going on and enables you to grow beyond what’s holding you back.
Systemic coaching leads to more balance, peace, and ownership in both your life and work.
The foundations of systemic coaching
Systemic coaching is built on three core principles:
-
Belonging
Everyone in a system has the right to belong. Exclusion creates imbalance. -
Order
There’s a natural order in systems, where everyone has their own unique place. Respecting this order creates harmony. -
Balance
A healthy system relies on a fair balance of giving and receiving.
Creating insight in where these principles are out of balance, will show us what needs to shift.

How does systemic coaching work?
1. Intake & defining the question
We start with a conversation about your question or challenge. Together, we explore the systems that may be influencing the situation—such as family, work, or social dynamics.
2. Exploring what’s needed
Based on what surfaces, we look at ways to restore flow, connection, or clarity. We identify practical next steps that support movement and change.
3. Integration & reflection
We reflect on the insights that emerged and explore how to bring them into your daily life or work. If needed, we plan a follow-up session to go deeper.

Working with constellations
A systemic constellation can offer powerful insight. By using representatives or objects, we make underlying dynamics visible. Unconscious patterns arise to the surface—and create space for movement.
